摘    要:分析了炉衬破损的原因,开发一种生产高密度低气孔率电炉炭砖的新工艺。结果表明,所得炭砖比普通炭砖有更高的体积密度、抗压强度,更低的气孔率,有利于提高炉衬的寿命。

Abstract:On the basis of analysis of the reasons resulting to damage or malfunction of the furnace lining, a new technology for producing carbon blocks with high density and low porosity for electric furnace has been developed and put into practical use. The results show that the carbon blocks obtained have much better performance, that is higher bulk density and compressive strength, and lower porosity in comparison to the carbon blocks made by the traditional technology. It has been proved that the carbon blocks made by the new technology help to extend the useful life of furnace lining.
