混合动力汽车用双转子电机的建模与仿真

摘    要:针对传统混合动力汽车驱动系统的机电耦合传动机构较为复杂、效率不高等问题,将由励磁转子、杯形转子和外定子构成的双转子电机结构应用于混合动力汽车系统中。依据级联式无刷双馈电机以及同步电机的基本电磁关系,推导并建立了双转子电机的数学模型,并给出了电机运行在纯电动和两转子同步状态的仿真结果。仿真结果表明,双转子电机数学模型可实现平稳运行,验证了电机结构及其数学模型的正确性,模型在混合动力系统中应用的可行性,为研究系统控制策略提供了理论基础。

Abstract:Considering the problem of complexity and inefficiency of the electromechanical coupling drive mechanism in traditional Hybrid Electric Vehicle system,a kind of Double-Rotor Motor was applied to the Hybrid Electric Vehicle system in this paper.It consists of a cup-type rotor,an excitation rotor and an outside stator.The mathematic model of the Double-Rotor Motor was set up based on the electromagnetic relationship of Cascade Brushless Doubly-Fed Machine and Permanent Magnet Synchronous Machine.The simulation results of pure electric state and synchronous state of the double rotors were achieved.By modeling and simulating,the stable working status was realized,and then the correctness of the mathematical model of this motor was verified.At the same time,the feasibility of applying to the Hybrid Electric Vehicle system was proved,which provided a theoretical foundation for the study of control strategy of this kind of machine in future.
