基于PIC单片机的配料控制器设计

摘    要:介绍一种基于PIC16F877单片机为核心的电子配料控制器设计,该设计采用Σ-ΔA/D转换芯片MCP3551,以提高转换精度和可靠性;同时不仅采取了硬件抗干扰,且采用看门狗和数字滤波技术等软件抗干扰技术。该设计方案的特点是精度高、抗干扰能力强、体积小、操作灵活、性价比高。

Abstract:Based on PIC16F877 Microcontroller as the core,a design of batching controller is introduced.The design has improved conversion accuracy and reliability by using Σ-Δ A/D converter MCP3551 as well as using the hardware anti-jamming and software anti-interference technology such as the watchdog and digital filtering techniques.The design is characterized by high precision,strong anti-interference,small size,flexible operating and effective cost performance.
