超滤法浓缩棉籽溶解蛋白的数学模型

摘    要:通过测定纯水的膜通量得到了超滤膜的膜阻力,考察了操作压力、蛋白质溶液浓度对膜通量的影响,建立了超滤的数学模型,该模型的预测值与实验值之间的平均偏差4.1%,最大偏差14.1%。根据所建立的模型,通过计算获得了超滤膜两侧的渗透压。

Abstract:A mathematical model of ultrafiltration flux was obtained which was a function of pressure and protein concentration.It fit well with experimental data.The mean and the maximum deviations were 4.1% and 14.1%.The osmotic pressure was also obtained through the model.
