In this paper,a soldering machine for carbide tool insert and bar welding is introduced in the structure, working principle as well as the methods of operation,which is can be used by un-welding workers.To this equipment,heating by short-circuit method to make the solder melt,while cut the circuit,the solder will become hard,then the insert and bar will be welded together.Through timely temperature re- maining,high quality carbide tool will be obtained comparing with that by flame heating welding.
