悬索桥主缆腐蚀防护研究

摘    要:主缆是悬索桥最重要的承重构件,且无法更换。主缆钢丝的材料特性、主缆的应力状态以及主缆的使用环境等因素影响主缆腐蚀。传统的悬索桥主缆腐蚀防护技术具有一定的效果,但也存在弊端,对其进行改进、应用新材料和新技术对主缆进行防护,将更加有效地对悬索桥主缆起到保护效应,保证桥梁的安全,延长其使用寿命。

Abstract:The main cable is the most important structure of suspension bridge and unchangeable. The main cable is exposed in atmosphere and weathered by all kinds of corrosion medium,leading to rust.First the mechanisms and types of main cable corrosion is analyzed in this paper. Then the influence factors of main cable corrosion are discussed. The conventional protection technology for the main cables of suspension bridge has a certain effect, but there are also some drawbacks. Improving it, application of new material and new technology for the main cable will protect effectively the main cable of suspension bridge. It can ensure the safety of suspension bridge, and prolong its service life.
