斜置隔振系统耦合振动特性分析

摘    要:针对工程中常见的动力装置隔振问题,建立复合激励下柔性基础斜置隔振系统动力学模型,推导系统传递特性矩阵及功率流传递函数。着重研究斜置隔振系统横向-横摇耦合振动特性,探讨解耦条件下的隔振效果。研究表明,合理配置支承结构参数可以实现横向、横摇振动解耦,显著降低系统的振动传递能量。

Abstract:To solve vibration isolation problems in powerplant engineering, the dynamic model of an inclined isolationsystem based on a flexible foundation subjected to combined excitations is proposed. A set of matrix formulations related todynamic parameters of the vibration isolation system is derived, and the expression of power flow transmission function ofthe system is presented. Transverse-and-roll coupled vibration characteristics of the system are studied deeply. Effects of thevibration isolation system under the decoupling conditions are explored. It is found that the system can be decoupled and thesystem’s vibration transfer energy can be reduced significantly when the structure parameters of the mounts are reasonablyselected.
