酶联免疫法测定食品和饲料中的黄曲霉毒素

摘    要:本实验应用酶联免疫方法对食品和饲料中的黄曲霉毒素进行测定,奶粉中黄曲霉毒素M1的多次重复测定的结果的变异系数小于12%,回收率接近90%。说明本试剂盒测定结果比较精确,重现性较好。食品辅料及饲料中的黄曲霉毒素B1的测定结果的变异系数小于15%,说明实验结果的重现性较好。

Abstract:Aflatoxin was detected in food and feed by ELISA. The coefficient of variation(CV ) was low to 12 % and the average recovery rate of aflatoxin M1 was close to 90 % in powder, which showed that the results were accurate and good reproducibility using this reagent kits. The CV was low to 15 % in food accessorial material and feed, which demonstrated the conclusions were good reproducibility.
