| 摘 要： | 在对电机转子冲片加工工艺分析的基础上,确定了双排错位的排样方案,设计了自动叠装的级进模。在模具设计中,应用叠片自动计数分离机构实现了叠片的自动记数。该模具自投入生产后,效率高、运行稳定、寿命长。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the processing technology in rotor laminations,the way of sheet layout was arranged in double-stacked and a progressive die was designed with automatic stacking technology.In the die design,automatic counting and separating were realized by automatic counting agency.The die has the characteristics of high product efficiency,stable running and long life when it is put into operation. |
