炭分子筛的空分性能与比表面积的实验关系

摘    要:实验测定了炭分子筛的CO2比表面积和N2比表面积。结果表明,炭分子筛CO2比表面积和N2比表面积的差值(SCO2-SN2)可反映炭分子筛有效微孔的数量,比值(SCO2-SN2)/SCO2可定性表征炭分子筛有效微孔的相对含量和空分性能,比值(SCO2-SN2)/SCO2(记为X)和炭分子筛空分性能N2%(记为Y)之间存在近似定量关系Y=97.03-11.99X+15.12X2。

Abstract:The CO2 and N2 specific surface areas of the carbon molecular sieves (CMS) produced from walnut shells under different conditions are measured. The result shows that the (SCO2-SN2)/SCO2 value represents the ratio of those micropores effective to air separation to the total micropores. There is a statistical relationship between the (SCO2-SN2)/SCO2 (marked as X) and the air separation ability N2% (marked as Y) of the CMS formulated as follows: Y=97.03-11.99X 15.12X2 .
