初探拓宽现阶段高校毕业生就业问题

随着普通高校招生规模不断扩大,毕业生就业压力加大,怎样另辟蹊径拓宽就业渠道成为了当前就业工作的当务之急。笔者就加强毕业生就业思想教育,搞活＂定单培养＂,实施＂大学生村官＂计划,鼓励毕业生支援西部,大学生自主创业等几个方面进行了初步的探讨,以期对拓宽毕业生就业门路,完善毕业生就业市场机制有所帮助。

Preliminary Study on the Problems of Widening Employment for College Graduates at Present Stage

With the extension of the enrolhnent in college, the students are facing more pressure in obtaining employment. How to explore new employment channels becomes the urgent affair. The author has made some initial discussions on the aspects of deepening the idealistic education of employment, activating the ＂ordered training＂, carrying out the plan of ＂being village officer after graduation＂ , and encouraging the graduates to work in the west and to start their own companies. It is hoped to he helpful in broadening the way of employment and enhancing the perfection of employment marketing mechanism.
