摘    要:HS3型气水糖混合机在自动控制方面采用了传统的继电器——接触器控制,存在电气控制柜笨重、接线繁杂、调试维修困难、自动控制不可靠等缺点。针对上述问题提出了采用PLC进行控制的方法。根据HS3型气水糖混合机的工艺流程,确定了自动控制方案,选择了PLC的型号,设计了PLC控制过程的流程图和L/O接线图,详细阐述了利用PLC、接近开关、电磁阀等对气水糖混合机实现全过程自动控制的原理。改进后的电气控制柜长度减小了247mm,质量减小了22.3kg,平均无故障时间提高了260h。介绍了HS3型气水糖混合机的的主要结构及工艺流程。生产实践表明利用PLC、接近开关等对气水糖混合机进行全过程自动控制是切实可行、可靠的。

Abstract:The traditional relay-contactor automatic control was used in HS_3 Gass-Water-Syrup Mixing Machine.Since there are some problems such as electrical box of controlcumbersome,miscellaneous for wiring,difficult for adjustment and repairment,undependable for automatic control etc,the PLC control was suggested by the authour. This paper discusses the principle of automatic control in the whole process of HS_3 Gass-Water-Syrup Mixing Machine in detail,applying PLC,approaching switches,electromagnetic valve etc,determines the scheme for automatic control,selectetes the style of PLC,designes PLC float chart and I/O wiring diagram,according to the technological process of HS_3 Gass-Water-Syrup Mixing Machine. The length of the improved electrical cabinet was cut down by 247 mm and mass was reduced by 22.3 kg,MBTF(Meantime Between Failrures)was increased by 260 hours.As well as the structure and the technological process of HS_3 Gass-Water-Syrup Mixing Machine is introduced.The results of practice showed that the whole automatic controlling of the Gass-Water-Syrup Mixing Machine is feasible and dependable by use of PLC,approaching switches,electromagnetic valves etc.
