LED恒流驱动电源芯片建模与仿真

摘    要:在集成电路设计的实际工程应用中,采用电力电子软件建立的电路模型只能反映电路的基本工作原理而难以模拟实际电路的工作状态,因此不利于集成电路设计人员理解和掌握各电路模块之间的联系,进而影响产品研发进度。针对此问题,介绍一种基于SIMetrix软件对LED恒流驱动电源芯片进行建模与仿真的方法,应用该方法对一款恒流驱动芯片的控制功能、启动功能和保护功能进行了仿真研究。对该驱动芯片样品的测试结果表明,应用SIMetrix软件进行芯片建模及仿真的可行性。

Abstract:In the practical engineering application of IC design, the circuit model is established by power electronic software which can just reflect the basic working principle of the circuit,and it is difficult to simulate the actual working status of the circuit, thus it's hard for integrated circuit design personnel to understand and grasp the connection between different circuit module, which will affect the progress of product research and development.According to this problem,a method based on SIMetrix software for modeling and simulation of the LED constant current drive power supply chip is introduced. According to this method,the control,start and protect function of a constant current drive chip are simulated and researched. The test results of drive chip samples show that the method for modeling and simulation of the LED constant current drive power supply chip based on SIMetrix software is feasible.
