双金属催化剂中锌和钴的络合滴定分析

摘    要:聚醚多元醇用双金属氰化物催化剂中锌、钴的含量采用络合滴定分析方法测定。样品用盐酸分解,以EDTA标准溶液为络合剂,CuSO4标准溶液为滴定剂,PAN作指示剂,在pH=10的氨水缓冲溶液中,分别测定锌、钴含量,测得结果的标准偏差≤0.15%,相对标准偏差≤1.0%。该方法具有简便、快速、准确的特点。

Abstract:The content of Zn and Co of double metal cyanide catalyst for the preparation of polyether polyols were measured by using complex titration analysis method. Such samples were decomposed by hydrochloric acid, using EDTA standard solution as complexing agent, CuSO 4 standard solution as titration agent, and PAN as indicator. In the ammonia buffer solution which pH value is 10, the content of Zn and Co were measured respectively. The standard deviation is no more than 0.15%, relative deviation is <1.0%. This method is simple, rapid and accurate.
