| 摘 要： | 随着工业自动化的发展,根据全自动桶装灌装生产线的自动化要求,设计并开发了一种自动分桶机,可将重叠在一起的敞口容器(金属容器/塑料容器)实现自动化分离,解决了人工分桶劳动强度高、效率低的问题,并系统地介绍了该机组的工艺流程、结构组成、工作原理和应用。

| Abstract: | With the development of industrial automation,according to the requirements of automatic bar-rels filling production line,we designed and developed an automatic separating barrels machine which can help achieving automatic separation of overlapping and exposure containers (metal container /plastic contain-er).It solved the problem of high labor intensity and low efficiency of manual separating barrels.And the technological process of the unit,the structure compositon,working principle and application were introduced systematically. |
