摘    要:以磺化硅胶为催化剂,苯甲醛和1,2-丙二醇为原料,合成苯甲醛-1,2-丙二醇缩醛.研究了磺化硅胶催化剂用量、原料配比和回流时间对收率的影响.最佳反应条件为:苯甲醛用量0.05 mol,n(苯甲醛)∶n(1,2-丙二醇)=1.0∶1.5,催化剂用量0.2g,带水剂环己烷用量8.0 mL,反应时间80 min,苯甲醛-1,...

Abstract:Benzaldehyde 1,2-propanediol acetal was synthesized using sulfonated silica gel and benzaldehyde and 1,2-propanediol as the raw materials. The effects of catalyst dosage as the catalyst , molar ratio of the reactants and reaction time were investigated. Benzaldehyde 1,2-propanediol acetal yield of over 94.0% was attained under the optimal reaction condition as follows :benzaldehyde 0.05 mol,n( benzalde- hyde) : n( 1,2-propylene glycol) = 1.0: 1.5, catalyst dosage water-carrying agent cyclohexane 8.0 mL, reaction time 80 0.2 g(4.6% of the mass of benzaldehyde), min.
