摘    要:笔者主要分析贵广二回直流输电系统接地极过压保护动作情况,并提出改进措施.首先介绍了接地极过压保护(59EL)原理及动作后果;然后介绍了接地极过压保护(59EL)的保护逻辑,通过分析贵广二回直流在调试过程中59EL保护的动作情况,指出了目前运行中的接地极过压保护的缺陷.为消除保护逻辑缺陷,避免接地极过压保护(59EL)误...

Abstract:The principle of the earth electrode overvoltage protection of the Gui-GuangⅡ HVDC Project is analyzed,and the protection logic of the earth electrode overvoltage protection(59EL) is described.Through analyzing the behaviour of 59EL in the commissioning process of the Gui-GuangⅡ HVDC Project,the bugs in the 59EL are found.In order to eliminate the bugs in protection logic,avoid the monopolar block or even bipolar blocks due to misoperation of 59EL,and improve the reliability of HVDC operations,some improvement solutions are offered for modifying 59EL logic in the Gui-GuangⅡ HVDC Project,and improving the programs of pole control system and DC station control system.In addition,RTDS simulations are conducted to verify the proposed improvement solutions.
