摘    要:以苯甲醛和环已酮为原料,γ-Al2O2 - O2- 2Na+型固体超强碱为催化剂,合成了α,α'-二亚苄基环已酮.考察了原料配比、反应温度、反应时间和催化剂用量对产物收率的影响.优化合成条件:n(苯甲醛)∶n(环己酮)=2.3∶1,反应温度50℃,反应时间1.5h,催化剂用量为原料质量的5%,收率达91.3%.该合成工...

Abstract:α,α'-Bis (benzylidene)cyclohexanones was synthesized using benzaldehyde and cyclohex- anone as the raw materials and γ-Al2O2-OE-2Na +as the catalyst. The influence of molar ratio of reactants, reaction temperature, reaction time and catalyst dosage was investigated. The results showed that the yield of 91.3% was attained under the optimal condition as follows : n ( benzaldehyde ) : n ( cyclohexanone ) -- 2.3:1 ,reaction temperature 50 ℃, reaction time 1.5 h, catalyst dosage 5% of the total mass of raw materials. The solid superbase catalyst exhibited high catalytic activities, and the production process was simple and had little waste discharge.
