Abstract:The yield of coke, coke formation status, and products of hydrocracking reaction over oil-solu- ble catalyst systems were analyzed and the coke restraining ability of oil-soluble catalyst for residue hydro- cracking was investigated by using Liaohe atmospheric residue as the study object and simulating residue hydrocracking reaction in the autoclave. The results showed that the yield of coke over single metal Co and Ni oil-soluble catalysts decreased with the increase of active metal contents. Co-Fe and Ni-Fe compounded catalysts exhibited high coke restraining ability due to their synergistic effect. The tendency for the coke formation status was consistent with the amount of coking. Asphaltenes and saturated fraction in 〉 480℃ fractions of hydrocracking products generally showed an increasing tendency, while aromatics and resins gradually reduced with the activity enhancement of restraining coke of the catalyst. In addition, the state of the active metal of the catalyst in the reaction products was sulfide species. The diffraction peaks of FeS crystal and Cos FeSs mixed crystal in Co-Fe catalytic system and FeS and FeS2 in Ni-Fe catalyst system were detected, respectively.
