| 摘 要： | 根据多年积累的SF6分解产物检测数据和对多起SF6电气设备故障的分析结论,笔者阐述了通过SF6分解产物体积分数检测判断SF6电气设备是否存在故障的理论依据和实际可行性,分析了SF6电气设备故障诊断的实际案例和故障诊断过程,为SF6电气设备的监督检测和故障诊断提供参考.

| Abstract: | Based on the detecting data of SF6 decomposition products accumulated for years and the analyses of many fault cases of SF6 electrical equipment,this paper expounds the theory and feasibility of fault diagnosis for SF6 electrical equipment by detecting the content of SF6 decomposition products,and analyzes some real cases and their diagnosing processes in order to provide a reference for inspection,detection and fault diagnosis of SF6 electrical equipment. |
