| Abstract: | In this paper, an auto measurement system that uses vector network analyzer to measure the S parameter of solid material was introduced. Furthermore, the relative complex permittivity and the complex permeability of the material can be obtained. System principle and design were discussed from the aspect of algorithm abstracting, clamp measuring, measuring flow, and system correction and so on. |
