氯离子诱发钢筋混凝土结构局部修补的电化学不相容机理分析

摘    要:本文用极化曲线图全面解释了氯离子诱发钢筋腐蚀的钢筋混凝土结构局部修补的电化学不相容机理,得出修补区和原混凝土区间的腐蚀电位差是结构局部修补所引起的电化学不相容的根本原因。分析表明,选用密实度较高、电阻率较大的修补材料有助于消除结构局部修补所引起的电化学不相容现象。

Abstract:The electrochemical incompatibility mechanisms of patch-repaired chloride contaminated in reinforced concrete structure are completely explained with the polarization curve diagram in present paper. The theory study shows that the main reason for electrochemical incompatibility is the potential drop between the steel in original concrete and that in repaired materials. Electrochemical incompatibility will be reduced at the repaired when repaired materials with high density and resistance are applied.
