| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种过期钝化RDX的资源化再利用方法,采用水悬浮煮洗工艺,通过加入表面活性剂添加剂,使钝化RDX表面的钝感剂剔除.工业试验研究表明,该工艺RDX的回收率为89.27%,回收的RDX纯度可达到99.52%,煮洗废水处理方便,而且废水中的钝感剂98%以上得到回收,回收的RDX在民爆行业得到了再利用.

| Abstract: | A kind of methods to recycling desensitizing RDX of over shelf life was introduced in this article. The deterrent on the surface of RDX particle were eliminated by adding a kind of surfactant with the boiling washing process in liquid suspension. Results from industrial application experiment show that the recovery of RDX was 89. 27% and purity of RDX was 99. 52% in this process. The waste water of the process was disposed conveniently,the deterrent more than 98% in waste water was recycled,and the recycled RDX was reused for industrial explosive. |
