高铬白口铸铁初生碳化物细化的研究进展

摘    要:介绍了高铬铸铁初生碳化物细化的研究进展,综述了初生碳化物的结构、生长模式以及细化方法。稀土、K、Na、Zn、Mg、V、Ti、B等元素对初生碳化物有良好的细化作用,悬浮铸造和合金化也是细化初生碳化物的有效途径。

Abstract:The development of refining of the primary carbides in high chromium white cast iron is introduced in this paper. The structure and the growth mechanism of the primary carbide and the modification ways are also involved. According to the literatures the morphology of primary carbides is improved significantly with modifying elements such as RE, K, Na, Zn, Mg, V, Ti, B. Suspending casting and alloying are also effective ways of refining of the primary carbides.
