石化企业DCS仿真培训系统设计与实现

随着国内石化企业的发展,进口的设备日益增多,但是对于职工的培训迫在眉睫。本系统设计了一套仿真培训系统,在本套系统中利用了现有物力资源,减少开发的投入成本,加快开发速度与与效率,而且针对其开发平台组态出的仿操作站画面与操作模式不足,进行了DCS仿真培训系统的设计与开发研究。目前这套仿真系统已经应用在国内的石化企业中,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。

At present,the domestic petrochemical enterprises for the simulation training system development platform out of imitation operator station configuration and operating mode of the screen enough to carry out the DCS simulation training system software design and development and research.The system platform to use Delphi to develop a unified drop-down menus to operate,the training of teachers fully functional command sets the software framework;developed a simulation of operating station,the simulation framework for on-site stations,communications software,in order to achieve teacher instruction sets and operating software,network communication station features that make the system realistic simulation of operational stations simulation,rapid development advantages,novelty and practicality.
