烹饪专业学生实习心理问题浅析

摘    要:实习是高职高专院校教学过程中的主要实践环节,学生在实习前很少有接触行业的机会,因此在实习工作中学生会出现许多心理问题。本文分析了四川烹饪高等专科学校烹饪专业学生在实习中出现的心理问题和不足表现,并提出调适和解决方案,以期对学生的实习与就业有所帮助。

Abstract:Working as an intern is an inseparable part of learning in vocational colleges.Since they have been studying full time on campus and have few opportunities to access the catering industry before internship,the students tend to suffer from a number mental problems during internship.This paper analyzes the psychological problems of Sichuan Higher Institute of Cuisine's cuisine majors working as interns,and suggests solutions so as to provide assistance for their internship and employment.
