摘    要:以丙烯酰胺和侧基含磺酸基、酯基和长链烷基等基团的表面活性单体YS为原料,过硫酸钾和亚硫酸氢钠为氧化还原引发剂,采用自由基溶液共聚法合成了具有表面活性的两亲性聚合物SL-1。利用FTIR方法对SL-1的结构进行了表征。考察了SL-1溶液质量浓度对SL-1与大庆原油的界面张力的影响,随溶液质量浓度的增大,SL-1溶液与原油的界面张力呈降低的趋势,最低可达7.84mN/m。分析了影响SL-1与大庆原油形成的乳状液的稳定性的因素。实验结果表明,当SL-1溶液质量浓度为1500mg/L、YS含量为2.0%(x)时,将该SL-1溶液应用于温度低于80℃、矿化度为5000~25000mg/L的油藏,形成的乳状液具有较好的稳定性,现场应用具有较好的经济效益。

Abstract:With potassium persulfate/sodium bisulfite as a redox initiator system,an amphiphilic copolymer SL-1 with surface activity was synthesized from acrylamide and surface active monomer(YS) with pendant groups including sulfonic group,ester group and long-chain alkyl group,etc.by free radical solution copolymerization,and was characterized by means of FTIR.The influence of polymer concentration on the interfacial tension between SL-1 and Daqing crude oil was investigated.The results show that the interfacial tension decreases to minimum of 7.84 mN/m with increasing the polymer concentration.Factors affecting the stability of the emulsion formed by Daqing crude oil and SL-1 solution were studied.The results show that the emulsion with 1 500 mg/L SL-1 solution,which contains 2.0%(x) YS,has good stability when it is applied in the oil reservoir with temperature of lower than 80 ℃ and salinity of about 5 000-25 000 mg/L.
