摘    要:采用BCES催化剂在CX工艺装置上进行工业应用试验,生产了高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)管材料和牌号为5000S的产品。考察了BCES催化剂的性能及其在CX工艺装置上运行的平稳性、经济性及制备的聚乙烯产品的性能。BCES催化剂的聚合活性与BCE催化剂相当,但聚合物堆密度更高、聚合物粒径分布更集中且细粉含量更低。在CX工艺装置上应用BCES催化剂时装置运行平稳,聚合釜液位、搅拌电流、离心机扭矩和干燥蒸汽用量等运行参数明显降低,实现了HDPE管材料的长周期稳定生产。工业应用试验结果表明,将BCES催化剂应用于CX工艺装置上有利于提高装置负荷、节约能耗及降低产品成本。

Abstract:BCES catalyst was applied to CX process to produce 5000S and high density polyethylene(HDPE) pipe materials.The results indicate that,compared to BCE catalyst,BCES catalyst has similar activity,its product has high bulk density,centralized particle size distribution and little fines.Using BCES catalyst,the CX installation ran smoothly,the liquid level in the reactor,the stirring electric current of the reactor,the centrifuge torque and the drying steam consumption reduced significantly,and long period running for the production of HDPE pipe material was achieved.
