旋挖钻孔灌注桩施工质量控制

摘    要:随着我国交通基础设施和城市建设的快速发展。旋挖钻孔灌注桩为可以穿越各种土质复杂或软硬变化较大的土层的一种基础形式,具有适应性强,设备投入一般不是很大,施工速度快,成本适中,施工简单易操作。施工过程具有噪音低,对相邻楼宇影响小,施工安全性好等诸多优点,被广泛应用于公路桥梁和各类房屋及民用建设工程领域。结合唐山液化天然气(英文缩写LNG)项目旋挖钻孔灌注桩施工的工程实践,对旋挖钻孔灌注桩施工中的质量控制措施进行探讨。

Abstract:as the rapid development of China's transportation infrastructure and urban construction, the rotating drilling piles as a base form can through various complex soil and soil changes greatly between soft and hard, it has the strong adaptability, equipment input general is not big and construction speed is quick, moderate cost, simple construction, easy to operate with low noise, the construction process of adjacent building effect is small, the construction safety, and many other advantages, it is widely used in highway bridges and all kinds of building and civil construction engineering field. The thesis combines the rotating bored pile construction engineering practice in Tangshan liquefied natural gas (LNG in English abbreviation) project, the rotating of the bored pile construction quality control measures are discussed.
