摘    要:分析了中国石油化工股份有限公司齐鲁分公司低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)装置的产品中色杂粒子产生的原因,提出了控制开车时挤压机的加热时间、增设油酸酰胺氮封流量表、检修时向低压分离器内通入氮气、对脱气风机滤网增厚、实施滤网的无间隙更换、监控送料风机出口换热器的泄漏,增加罗茨风机滤网宽度、按照置换要求控制S139滤网更换后的氧含量、加强引发剂伴热管线的监控力度等措施,有效地控制了LDPE产品中色杂粒子的产生,同比2011年减少1.74kt。

Abstract:It was analyzed the causes of color complex particles existing in products of low density polyethylene plant in worksite of the authors. In order to reduce obviously the disqualification particles in the products of LDPE following methods were proposed and put into effect, such as heating time of extruder controlled at startup, nitrogen sealed flow meter for oleamide installed, input of nitrogen into low pressure separator in overhaul, filter net of degassing blower thickened, gapless renewal of the filter net, leakages from heat exchanger in outlet of blower for feeding monitored, width of the filter screen of Roots blower increased, oxygen content in filter screen of S139 after renewal controlled in accordance with the replacement requirements, operations of heat traced pipeline for the polymerization initiator kept monitoring and control closely. Because of the above methods applied, the color complex particles were decreased by 1 740 tons compared with 2011.
