催化裂化汽油加氢装置典型控制方案

摘    要:国内某炼油企业新建催化裂化汽油加氢脱硫装置采用引进技术及工艺包,该技术采用与国内技术不同的工艺实现催化裂化汽油的选择性加氢脱硫,工艺流程及控制方案也具有其特点。重点介绍了该装置的技术特点和工艺流程中的典型控制方案,包括SHU反应器入口温度控制、塔和容器压力控制、SHU反应器氢气流量控制、分馏塔轻汽油抽出控制。
