| 摘 要： | 针对设备加工能力不足的情况,通过对35t铁水罐耳轴修复工艺的分析,设计出简单合理的工装夹具,使用T612A镗床完成了35t铁水罐工件的镗削.采用新型装配法--冷却收缩法完成孔与轴的装配.
