二聚酸甲酯的合成

摘    要:以二聚酸和甲醇为反应原料、固体酸为催化剂,采用直接酯化的方法合成了二聚酸甲酯。考察了反应时间、反应物摩尔比以及催化剂种类对反应的影响。较佳反应条件是甲醇回流下反应,反应时间1h,二聚酸与甲醇摩尔比1:6,催化剂用量(以体系质量计)2%。在此优化条件下产品收率91%,酸值5mgKOH/g。产物结构通过FT-IR进行确证。

Abstract:Dimeric acid methyl ester was synthesized by esterification using dimeracid and methanol as raw materials and solid acid as catalyst. The effects of sereval factors on reaction were examined. The optimum reaction conditions were as follows : reaction time 1 h, n(dimeracid) : n( methanol ) = 1 : 6, catalyst 2 % (based on total mass of system). Under these conditions,yield of product was up to 91% and acid value was 5 mgKOH/g. The product was identified by FT- IR.
