| 摘 要： | 利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对电磁超声无损检测技术进行了研究,通过仿真,比较了电磁超声检测过程中缺陷对被测导体表面磁流密度、磁感应强度和涡流等的影响,并介绍了ANSYS软件进行瞬态电磁场仿真的过程,为电磁超声的研究提供了帮助.

| Abstract: | This paper researches the technolofy of non destructive testing (NDT) in electromagnetic acoustic transducer (EMAT) using finite element software ANSYS.It simulates the influence which comes from defect in magnetic flux density,magnetic induction intensity and eddy current during the electromagnetism ultrasound testing.The steps of using ANSYS to simulate transient state of electromagnetic field are introduced,which could help electromagnetic ultrasonic testing technology research directly. |
