激光反馈螺纹磨床误差补偿系统的智能PID控制

摘    要:为提高滚珠丝杠的磨削加工精度 ,提出一种采用改进算法的激光反馈螺纹磨床误差补偿系统智能PID控制方法 ,并介绍了该方法的控制原理及实现方法。磨削加工结果表明 ,应用该方法可有效提高系统的误差补偿精度。

Abstract:In order to improve the grinding accuracy of ball lead screw, a self tuning PID control method used an improved algorithm for the error compensation system of thread grinders with the laser feedback is proposed, and the control principle and realization of this method are introduced. The result of grinding the ball lead screw shows the error compensation accuracy of the system can be increased effectively by using this method.
