用模糊层次分析法优选矿山废水治理方案

摘    要:针对某矿山酸性废水治理工程实际,建立评价结构体系,采用模糊综合评判与层次分析法相结合的综合评判方法对备选方案进行综合决策.过程采用模糊综合评判法构造指标优度值判断矩阵,采用线性目标规划模型求得逼近决策者偏好的指标优度排序矩阵,采用层次分析法(AHP)确定指标权重,采用Matlab软件进行LP规划及矩阵特征值、特征向量计算,最后通过方案总排序确定了工程优选方案.模糊层次分析法有效解决了方案选择过程中评价指标的模糊性问题,提高了方案优选过程的效率及优选结果的准确性.

Abstract:In light of the practical conditions of the acid mine drainage(AMD) treatment project in a mine,an evaluation structural system was established which adopts a comprehensive evaluation method combining fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and analytical hierarchy process in the comprehensive decision on the alternatives.In the system,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation process was applied to construct the evaluation matrix for index goodness,linear goal programming model for finding the permutation matrix of index goodness approaching the decision-maker's preference,analytic hierarchy process to determine the index weight and Matlab software to do the linear programming and the calculation of the matrix eigenvalue and eigenvector.The optimal project scheme was finally selected through the general permutation of alternatives.The application of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP) has effectively solved the fuzziness problem of the evaluation indexes in optimal scheme selection,thus improving the efficiency of the optimal scheme selection and the accuracy of optimization results.
