摘    要:华能汕头发电厂1号、2号机组发生启动给水泵时锅炉主燃料跳闸(MFT)的事故。分析了产生事故的各种可能原因,并对这些原因进行了试验检测,得出给煤机接触器因控制电压过低而自动分断是产生事故的原因,针对此原因,对电路进行了改进,并提出了防范措施和建议。

Abstract:The boiler MFT (master fuel trip) protection was actuated during start up of feed water pump A of Unit 1 and 2 in Huaneng Shantou Power Plant. The possible causes of the failure are analyzed and tested. It comes to the conclusion that the failure was caused by the automatic switching off of the coal feeder contactor resulting from excessively low control voltage. On this basis, improvements on the circuit and corresponding precautions are presented.
