铝合金交流A-TIG焊熔深增加机理的研究 --导电通道电阻对焊缝熔深的影响

摘    要:进行了SiO2,A12O3,MnO2,TiO2,NaCl,CaF2等12种常见氧化物和卤化物的铝合金交流A—TIG焊,研究了单一组分活性剂对焊缝熔深的影响。并对这些活性剂进行了交流TIG焊电弧偏移实验,将电弧偏移率与A—TIG焊焊缝熔深进行了对比,发现铝合金交流A—TIG焊电弧中导电通道电阻对焊缝熔深的影响很大。

Abstract:AC A-TIG welding for aluminum alloy using 12 kinds of normal oxide and halide, including SiO 2,Al 2O 3,MnO 2,TiO 2,NaCl,CaF 2 and so on, were carried out to study the effects of mono-element activator on weld penetration, and it was found that resistance of conducting channel made great effects on weld penetration in AC A-TIG welding for aluminum alloy by experiments of AC-TIG arc excursion for these activator and comparison between the arc excursion rate and weld penetration.$$$$
