井下带式输送机减速器振动故障诊断研究

摘    要:利用测振记录仪进行了煤矿井下带式输送机减速器的振动监测试验;通过分析现场振动数据时域特征指标的变化趋势和功率谱,发现该减速器输入轴齿轮存在严重磨损和蹦齿故障。检修结果验证了分析的正确性和记录仪记录数据的真实有效性。

Abstract:Vibration monitoring test of underground belt conveyor gear reducer was conducted by use of vibration recorder.Analysis of changing trend and power spectrum of time-domain characteristic index of on-site vibration data indicates that input shaft of the gear reduer has severe wear and gear tooth breakage.Overhaul results verify correctness of the above analysis and validity of the data sampled by the recorder.
