某轿车卡钩结构设计与分析

摘    要:某轿车B柱卡钩改造前为超声波焊接方式,为了降低成本、节约能源,研究设计了卡脚,使焊接变为卡接.卡接方式在省掉焊接工序的同时,还降低了材料成本和工时.为保证卡接结构安全可靠,在设计初期对卡接结构进行了CAE计算.根据计算结果,确定了合理的卡脚结构,批量生产的产品装车使用情况良好.

Abstract:The original connection between the hoop and B pillar's body of some car was implemented by ultra-sonic welding.For cutting the cost and saving energy,the study is to develop a snap structure and change the connection from welding to clipping.Clipping may remove welding process and can also reduce cost and time.For the stability of structure,CAE analysis was used to verify the structure at the beginning of design.According to the result,final structure is settled.A long time batch production shows that the ...
