炼油厂高温设备的腐蚀与设计选材

摘    要:介绍了炼油厂高温设备腐蚀的主要类型和发生部位,主要有高温氧化、催化裂化、延迟焦化、高温烟气管道等;高温部位与含硫介质接触部位的硫化腐蚀;高温氢、高温碳化以及垢物腐蚀等。同时提出了相应的设计选材建议。

Abstract:The main corrosion forms and spots in refinery high - temperature equipment are introduced. The major corrosion spots are high -temperature oxidation unit, FCC unit, delayed coker and high - temperature flue gas duct etc. The corrosions are the hydrogen sulfide corrosion in the high - temperature section contacting the sulfur - containing media, high - temperature hydrogen corrosion, high - temperature carbonization and fouling corrosion etc. The corresponding material selection is suggested.
