基于ARM的水煤浆黏度在线检测装置的研究

摘    要:针对水煤浆生产和传输的特点,在同轴圆筒式旋转黏度计的基础上,选用数字式扭矩耦合器HX-905作为扭矩检测单元;混合式23H246-01EA步进电机作为动力,并利用细分驱动器SM-60加以驱动控制;使用LPC2210作为数据微处理器,设计了水煤浆黏度实时在线检测装置,解决了水煤浆黏度在线检测的问题,提高了水煤浆生产工艺的自动化水平。

Abstract:Aims at the characteristics of coal water slurry(CWS) production and transmission,LPC2210 was used to design the on-line detection device CWS viscosity based on the coaxial cylinder-type rotary viscometer.Digital torque coupler HX-905 was used as a torque detection unit,hybrid stepping motor 23H246-01EA was used as the driving force,and the sub-drive SM-60 was used to control hybrid stepping motor 23H246-01EA.The device solved the detection of CWS viscosity,and improved the production process automation of ...
