基于LabVIEW的带式输送机托辊圆度误差的测试系统

摘    要:带式输送机托辊的径向跳动直接关系到带式输送机的稳定运行和使用寿命,设计了基于LabVIEW的带式输送机托辊圆度误差的测试系统。系统分别从传感器选型、硬件组成、数据通信等方面进行了介绍,充分利用了LabVIEW的优势,实现了对信号采集、误差分离和数据显示。该测试系统消除了外界的干扰,得到了比较精确的结果,可为带式输送机托辊的圆度误差分析提供了一定参考。

Abstract:The roller roundness error directly relate to stable operation and life of belt conveyor,so a testing of roller roundness error for belt conveyor based on LabVIEW is designed.The system analyzes sensor selection,hardware composition,data communication,takes advantage of LabVIEW,achieves conveniently data acquisition,error segregation and data displaying.The system clears the interference from outside,obtains more accurate result,and can provides some reference to roller roundness error for belt conveyor.
