采煤机整机加载试验方案

摘    要:运用交流变频电回馈加载技术、液压伺服控制技术设计的该加载试验装置,可解决现有技术中存在的采煤机因没进行整机全行程模拟试验而导致实际在矿井内运行时发生采煤机与刮板输送机配合不当、采煤机本身各部件装配不当而导致的停机等问题。

Abstract:Involved in coal mining areas of the program,specifically as a shearer machine loading experiments.AC variable frequency electric load using feedback techniques,hydraulic servo control technology of the load testing device,to resolve existing technology did not exist for the whole coal mining simulation test result of the whole trip actually occurred in the mine run shearer mismatch with the scraper conveyor,shearer itself,resulting from improper assembly of the components of downtime and other issues.
