环烷酸缓蚀剂缓蚀性能评价工艺研究

摘    要:针对环烷酸缓蚀剂缓蚀性能评价工艺,采用旋转挂片法和动态失重法,通过单因子实验和正交实验确定较为适宜的工艺条件。研究结果表明,环烷酸缓蚀剂缓蚀性能评价适宜工艺条件为:反应温度280℃、反应时间6h、转速450r/min。在此条件下环烷酸腐蚀速率为16.4mm/a。

Abstract:Aiming at performance evaluating process of naphthenic acid corrosion inhibitors,the appropriate conditions were determined through single factor experiments and orthogonal tests by the rotating hanging plate and the dynamic weight loss method.The results show that the suitable conditions for the performance evaluation of naphthenic acid corrosion inhibitors are as follows:reaction temperature is 280 ℃,reacting time is 6 h,flowing speed is 450 r/min.Underabove conditions,naphthenic acid corrosion rate is 16.4 mm/ a.
