浮式软管在半潜式FPSO油气外输上的应用

摘    要:介绍陵水17-2气田半潜式浮式生产储卸油装置(Floating Production Storage and Offloading,FPSO)外输软管的基本设计方案。采用热辐射计算以评估火炬臂对外输软管的影响。采用有效方式实现非标准管径软管与穿梭油船首装载系统的连接、软管回收滚筒后的固定和冲洗。模拟外输工况下软管的运动性能,评估软管与FPSO的干涉以及软管被应急释放时与FPSO的碰撞,给出调整滚筒位置以及置避碰护舷、防荡缆和防坠落绞车的解决方案,为今后半潜式FPSO或类似装置采用浮式软管外输油气提出建议。

Abstract:The basic design of offloading hose of semi-submersible Floating Production Storage and Offloading (FPSO) in Lingshui 17-2 gas field is introduced. The influence of the flare boom on the offloading hose is evaluated by thermal radiation calculation. The connection between the hose with non-standard pipe diameter and the bow loading system of the shuttle tanker as well as the fixing and flushing of the hose after recovery on the hose reel is realized. The motion characteristics of the hose under offloading conditions are simulated, the interference between the hose and FPSO and the collision of the hose with FPSO when the hose is released under emergency conditions are evaluated, and the solutions such as adjusting the position of the hose reel, setting the anti-collision fender, tether rope and fall arrest winch are given. Some suggestion is given for the future semi-submersible FPSO or similar facilities using floating hose for oil and gas offloading.
