摘    要:针对渤海油田就位条件的复杂化给自升式钻井平台在就位作业时带来的升船能力、覆盖能力、防碰避让、插桩安全等问题,即实际作业中经常出现自升式钻井平台作业能力与生产平台实际参数不匹配的问题,总结多年的就位选型经验,建立包括水深、气隙、覆盖能力等指标在内的精准选型计算公式和数学模型。现场应用效果表明,精准选型技术可安全、快速、精准地解决渤海油田自升式钻井平台开发井和调整井安全高效就位技术难题,对渤海海域就位作业具有较好的指导和借鉴意义。

Abstract:Aiming at the problems of lifting capacity, coverage capacity, collision prevention and avoidance, penetration safety and so on brought to the jack-up drilling rig when it is positioned induced by the complexity of the positioning conditions in Bohai oilfield, which is to say, the mismatch between the operation capacity of the jack-up drilling rig and the actual parameters of the production platform often occurs in the actual operation, many years of experience in positioning selection is summarized, and accurate selection calculation formulae and mathematical model including water depth, air gap, coverage capacity and other indicators are established. The field application results show that the precise selection technology can safely, rapidly and accurately solve the technical problems of safe and efficient positioning of the development wells and adjustment wells of the jack-up drilling rig in Bohai oilfield, which is of good guidance and reference significance for the positioning operation in Bohai Sea area.
