液压驱动可调节式水下节流阀阀芯结构设计

摘    要:根据中国南海某油田工况,依托1 500 m水下智能井口和采油树项目,开发一种液压驱动可调节式节流阀。对该水下节流阀阀芯的结构设计方法进行着重介绍。针对现有的一般阀芯结构设计方法,通过理论分析,考虑不同过流孔孔径、过流孔轴向排布、过流总面积等因素,采用有限元分析工具分析不同情况下节流阀阀芯的流动特性,保证节流阀的可调节性,延长阀芯防冲蚀寿命。

Abstract:According to the working conditions of an oil field in the South China Sea, relying on 1 500 m underwater intelligent wellhead and Christmas tree project, a hydraulic actuated adjustable choke valve is developed. The design method of the valve core structure of the underwater choke valve is mainly introduced. In view of the general valve core structure design method, through theoretical analysis, considering different flow-by hole diameters, flow-by hole axial layout, total flow-by area, and so on, using finite element analysis tool, the flow characteristics of the choke valve core under different situations are analyzed, which ensures the chock valve is regulatory and prolongs the anti-erosion life of the valve core.
