摘    要:草甘膦废液为草甘膦除草剂生产过程中产生的废母液,属于《国家危险废物名录》中的HW04农药废物类别危险废物。本文综述了利用水泥窑处置化工废液的技术方案、试验过程以及对水泥窑和环境的影响情况。结果表明,废液从分解炉锥部进入能连续处置运行,对水泥熟料烧成系统的影响可控,水泥熟料质量变化较小。

Abstract:Glyphosate waste liquor is the mother liquor produced in the production of glyphosate herbicide. It belongs to the category of HW04 pesticide waste in the National Hazardous Waste List. This paper summarizes the technical scheme, test process and influence on cement kiln and environment of chemical waste liquid disposal by cement kiln. The results show that the waste liquid can be continuously disposed from the cone of the calciner, the influence on the cement clinker firing system can be controlled, and the change of cement clinker quality is small.
