混凝土表面热喷涂陶瓷基涂层的制备与性能测试研究

摘    要:表面涂层防护是混凝土耐久性提升的主要技术思路, 本文基于等离子喷涂技术, 采用拉拔法、 XRD、SEM-EDS、 X-CT、 摩擦磨损等手段, 在混凝土表面喷涂陶瓷基涂层并进行性能测试评价。 试验结果表明, 试验用莫来石粉是合适的陶瓷基涂层材料, 涂层与混凝土表面具有良好的界面结合能力, 二者结合部位呈现嵌合状态,附着力达 3.82 MPa, 且表面具有持久的耐磨能力。 涂层内部具有多孔的结构特点, 仍需通过工艺参数优化、 材料复合或粉末细化等途径, 提高结构致密性、 细化内部孔径, 提升喷涂质量。 研究旨在探索混凝土表面防护涂层新材料与新技术, 拓宽热喷涂应用领域, 延长混凝土健康服役寿命。

Abstract:The surface coating is the main technical means to improve the durability of concrete. In this paper,based on the plasma thermal spraying technology, the surface thermal sprayed ceramic-based coating on concreteis prepared and evaluated by the methods of the drawing method, XRD, SEM-EDS, X-CT, and the frictional wear,etc., and the performance tests are conducted. The test results show that the mullite powder is a suitable ceramicbased coating material. The coating has the good interfacial bonding ability with the concrete surface, and thebonding site shows a chimeric state with the adhesion force of 3.82 MPa, and the surface has a durable wearresistance. The internal structure of the coating exhibits porous characteristics, so it is still necessary to improvethe structural compactness, refine the internal pore diameter and enhance the spraying quality with the craftparameters optimization, the material composite or the powder refinement. The purpose of the study is to explorethe new materials and the technologies for the concrete surface coating protection, broaden the application field ofthe thermal spraying, and extend the healthy service life of concrete.
